Braille Dyslexia: Does it Exist?

This Paper describes research which attempts to discover the reason why some bright and intelligent pupils who are blind are failing when it comes to reading. It details the findings of Christine Arter's research to date and opens a discussion on the concept of Braille dyslexia.
