Elizabeth Chapman

Steve McCall

Wolf Stein

This article describes the present situation in the schools for visually handicapped children in Romania and the urgent need for improvements in education and living conditions. It outlines a specific plan of action, agreed at a symposium held in Cluj in October 1990, to be funded by the British Red Cross and organised by the International Council for the Education of the Visually Handicapped.
