How can the Voluntary Sector get its act together?

The following article is an edited version o f the SRAB Annual Lecutre given at the National Westminster Hall, London, 22 November 1990. The author discusses the need to ensure further collaboration between the various voluntary associations involved with visually impaired people and describes some of the ways in which this might be achieved, within the framework of the group of which he is the Chairman.
