The last ten years: time to ponder

Recently retired HM Inspector Department of Education and Science

Five major aspects are selected to offer reflective comment on the last ten years of the education of visually bandicapped children in England and Wales. Personal observations and subjective views are included with a main conclusion that good progress has been made.
