Guide Dogs: New Mobility Service

The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association (Guide Dogs) has embarked upon a major programme to improve the quality of life for blind and visually impaired people (VIPs) in Britain. 1999 was a year of building the foundations of a new service - the Guide Dogs Mobility Service (GDMS) - dedicated to enhancing and extending the range and quality of the mobility training and support that we offer.
