ICEVI Europe: Leading up to Cracow

This Paper briefly describes the goals and structure of the world organisation of the International Council for the Education of People with a Visual Impairment (ICEVI) and the activities in its European region. Subjects dealt with include: integration and inclusion; early intervention; multi-disabled visually impaired people (MDVI); vocational training and employment; teacher training.
