Tactile Audio Tools for Graphicacy and Mobility "A circle is either a circle or it is not a circle."

Just as literacy is a right for all, so too is graphicacy. Literacy and graphicacy should be linked. Some tools that may improve graphicacy levels are outlined. They are designed to enable visually impaired and sighted people to create, read and exchange graphical Information. The tools are a suite of programmes and integrated hardware called TAGD (DOS) and TAGW (WINDOWS), where TAG stands for Tactile Audio Graphics. A brief description of the main tools is presented.
