The Virtual Reference Library: Multiple Information Sources and Multiple Output Formats

The Canadian National Institute for the Blind (CNIB) has launched an information delivery service in collaboration with public and academic libraries and commercial information sources such as newspaper archives and CD-ROM providers to provide blind and visually impaired people with information in the format of their choice.
